A seasoned broker with over twenty eight years real estate brokerage experience and over two and one-half billion dollars in sales and leasing volume. Mr. Juncadella focuses on both the office and the industrial real estate market. He has experience in every aspect of commercial real estate including representation of both sellers and purchasers in office, industrial and vacant land as well as the investment analysis, marketing and development of such properties.
Since 1981, Mr. Juncadella has established himself as a top commercial real estate professional in Miami-Dade County, responsible for some of the largest leases, sales, and build-to-suit transactions concluded in South Florida.
Mr. Juncadella has been responsible for the successful and expedient lease-up of Beacon Centre (2,800,000 SF), Beacon Industrial Park (1,400,000 SF), Beacon West (350,000 SF), Beacon North (400,000 SF), Beacon at 97th Avenue (750,000 SF), Beacon TradePort (3,100,000 SF) and Beacon Lakes (400,000 SF) in west Miami-Dade. Mr. Juncadella is currently responsible for the marketing and leasing of Centergate at Gratigny, a 1,600,000 SF business park.
He has been exclusive tenant representative in Miami for American Express, Sunglass Hut (national headquarters), TNT Express Worldwide, New York Life, Ericsson GE, Schenker International, and Topp Telecom. In addition, he has represented Delta Airlines Reservation Center, Ryder System and Mastec in their corporate headquarters relocation.
Mr. Juncadella is very involved in professional associations currently serving as President of the 1000+ Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA). He is an active member of the Florida Board of Directors SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Real Estate), being one of the elite 139 commercial brokers who qualified for membership in SIOR in the state of Florida. Moreover, he is one of only five members with a dual designation as both Office and Industrial Specialist.
Mr. Juncadella has won numerous awards including the 2008 CoStar Top Industrial Leasing Broker. He was the top-producing broker at Codina Realty Services 16 out of the 17 years he was with the company. In 2005 he founded his own Commercial Real Estate firm, Fairchild Partners, headquartered in Coral Gables.
Mr. Juncadella lives in Coral Gables. He is the 2009 president of the Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA), Regional Board Member of Lydian Bank & Trust, Board Member of Key Largo Yacht Club Condominium Association, Board of Directors Member of Snapper Creek Lakes Homeowners Association and member of the Miami Chapter of Legatus International.
