Maria has been involved in the marketing, sales & leasing of office properties at Fairchild since the company began. She has participated in the sales and leasing of several spaces at Plaza San Remo, 2460 Coral Way, RVH Office Center and is currently active in the subleasing of SBS Tower with Tony Puente.
She is a CCIM candidate and is working toward her certification as a Green Associate. She serves as director of Community Affairs of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Miami, as Chapter Champion at the national level for CREW Foundation. She is Program Chair and board member for the Miami Chapter of Legatus International, sits on the Parent Board of Hillsdale College and is a member of the Board of Advisors of Belen Jesuit Preparatory.
Ms. Juncadella graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Miami in 1983 with a B.A. in Anthropology & Psychology. Before venturing into commercial real estate, Maria was an insurance agent for Metropolitan Life.
